PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING YOUR TICKETS
ENTRY TIMES: Click a time slot and the remaining tickets available for that time period will appear, each time slot has a small number of tickets to help us spread out arrival times to maintain appropriate numbers in the changing rooms and management of the park.
VISIT DURATION: 2 hour tickets are available in the first hour of opening and towards the end of the day ONLY. 3 hour tickets are available all through the day until 3.before we close. If the ticket time you want does not show up, it is not available, either it is sold out or does not exist in the hour that you wish to purchase it. We do not have additional tickets if a slot is sold out, you will need to choose another time slot. At the end of your allotted time your band will expire and you will be asked to exit the waterpark.
KINDLY NOTE you MUST arrive at the waterpark between the arrival times printed on your ticket. Arrival outside of these times does not guarantee entry, you may have your session cut short if you arrive late and entry will be subject to the prevailing operating conditions.
Please make sure you have selected the correct DAY and ARRIVAL TIME before continuing with your purchase. There are *NO REFUNDS for tickets you do not use as they are taken from an allocation that could have been purchased by someone else. The waterpark continues to operate in ALL WEATHERS and you will be expected to attend for your booked session.
TICKET DELIVERY: All tickets are e-tickets. Your order confirmation will be sent to the email you gave in your account immediately following successful check out. If you cannot see your order confirmation BEFORE calling us please check your SPAM, JUNK, or OTHER FOLDERS. If you have noted the IN NUMBER that is all you need in order to for us to be able to find your booking on the day.
BEFORE messaging us you should try logging back into your splashdown tickets account at www.splashdowntickets.com where you can see all your previous orders. This won't work if you have entered the wrong email (unless you use it again!).
DO NOT BOOK AGAIN WITHOUT CHECKING - EITHER SEE IF IT HAS GONE THROUGH YOUR BANK ACCOUNT, OR IF THE ORDER CONFIRMATION IS IN THE JUNK OR SPAM, OR IF YOUR SPLASHDOWN TICKETS ACCOUNT HAS CURRENT TICKETS IN IT. REMEMBER ANY EMAIL COMES FROM LEMUR ATTRACTIONS AND THE ORDER CONFIRMATION IS YOUR TICKET(S) NO ACTUAL TICKETS ARE DELIVERED.

- DO NOT attend the waterpark if you are unwell.
- At all times obey ALL the signs and instructions of the waterpark staff .
- FOLLOW the guidance and regulations issued by the UK Govt. especially in regards to mixing with other household groups.
- YOU MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE RULES IN OPERATION AT THE WATERPARK - NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN
*REFUNDS: There are NO REFUNDS for tickets. At the management's discretion, with a minimum of 24 hours notice, EMAILED requests to alter the date and time of the visit will be considered. We cannot guarantee to comply with this request, as it is outside our booking terms and conditions, but we do try to be flexible.
LOCKERS TAKE 20p pieces, which are returned when you open the locker.
