A minimum purchase of 2 tickets is required. The price includes the SMART WRISTBAND deposit but not your locker - DO NOT FORGET TO BOOK YOUR LOCKER
ENTRY TIMES: Click a time slot and the remaining tickets available for that time period will appear, each time slot has a small number of tickets to help us spread out arrival times to maintain appropriate numbers in the changing rooms and management of the park.
VISIT DURATION: 2 hour tickets are available in the first hour of opening and towards the end of the day ONLY. 3 hour tickets are available all through the day. Sunset Splash Tickets are available when the waterpark is open until 7pm or after. If the ticket time you want does not show up, it is not available, either it is sold out or does not exist in the hour that you wish to purchase it. We do not have additional tickets if a slot is sold out, you will need to choose another time slot. At the end of your allotted time your smart wristband will expire; it will no longer work the slide traffic lights and your session will be finished – further attempts at the waterslides will result in the lifeguard asking you to exit the waterpark.
KINDLY NOTE you MUST arrive at the waterpark between the arrival times printed on your ticket. Arrival outside of these times does not guarantee entry, you may have your session cut short if you arrive late and entry will be subject to the prevailing operating conditions.
Please make sure you have selected the correct DAY and ARRIVAL TIME before continuing with your purchase. There are *no refunds for tickets you do not use as they are taken from an allocation that could have been purchased by someone else. We are operating at a restricted capacity at this time. The waterpark continues to operate in ALL WEATHERS and you will be expected to attend for your booked session.
TICKET DELIVERY: All tickets are e-tickets. Your order confirmation will be sent to the email you gave in your account immediately following successful check out. If you cannot see your order confirmation BEFORE calling us please check your SPAM, JUNK, or OTHER FOLDERS. If you have noted the IN NUMBER that is all you need in order to for us to be able to find your booking on the day.
Please check our Visiting Info Pages before booking your tickets especially in relation to our COVID-19 changes to our operation (this supercedes any previously published information). It will help you decide whether a visit to the waterpark is for you at this time and tell you what is required of you as a visitor.

DO NOT attend the waterpark if you are waiting for a COVID-19 TEST RESULT
At all times obey ALL the signs and instructions of the waterpark staff - there are additional ones in operation due to SOCIAL DISTANCING REQUIREMENTS
FOLLOW the guidance and regulations issued by the UK Govt. especially in regards to mixing with other household groups.
YOU MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE RULES IN OPERATION AT THE WATERPARK - NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN
REFUNDS: At the management's discretion, with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, EMAILED requests to alter the date and time of the visit will be considered. We cannot guarantee to comply with this request. Please read COVID-19 info for exceptions to this.
