The price includes a SMART WRISTBAND - lockers will be available at the waterpark (you need a £1 coin, refundable).
The Smart Wristband does not apply to Under 5 tickets & Spectator Tickets.
ENTRY TIMES: Click a time slot and the remaining tickets available for that time period will appear, each time slot has a small number of tickets to help us spread out arrival times to maintain appropriate numbers in the changing rooms and management of the park.
VISIT DURATION: 2 hour tickets are available in the first hour of opening and towards the end of the day ONLY. 3 hour tickets are available all through the day. Sunset Splash Tickets are available when the waterpark is open until 6pm or after. If the ticket time you want does not show up, it is not available, either it is sold out or does not exist in the hour that you wish to purchase it. We do not have additional tickets if a slot is sold out, you will need to choose another time slot. At the end of your allotted time your smart wristband will expire; it will no longer work the slide traffic lights and your session will be finished – further attempts at the waterslides will result in the lifeguard asking you to exit the waterpark.
KINDLY NOTE you MUST arrive at the waterpark between the arrival times printed on your ticket. Arrival outside of these times does not guarantee entry, you may have your session cut short if you arrive late and entry will be subject to the prevailing operating conditions.
Please make sure you have selected the correct DAY and ARRIVAL TIME before continuing with your purchase. There are *no refunds for tickets you do not use as they are taken from an allocation that could have been purchased by someone else. We are operating at a restricted capacity at this time. The waterpark continues to operate in ALL WEATHERS and you will be expected to attend for your booked session.
TICKET DELIVERY. Your order confirmation will be sent to the email you gave in your account immediately following successful check out. THIS IS YOUR TICKET! If you cannot see your order confirmation, BEFORE calling us please check your SPAM, JUNK, or OTHER FOLDERS. If you have noted the IN NUMBER that is all you need in order to for us to be able to find your booking on the day. The order confirmation comes from LEMUR ATTRACTIONS.
You can also try logging back into your splashdown tickets account at www.splashdowntickets.com where you can see all your previous orders. This won't work if you have entered a wrong email (unless you use it again!). If you are a new customer and you didn't get the new account email (could be in the junk) you almost certainly will have put in a wrong email.
To maintain a great visitor experience we have worked very hard to get the balance between tickets, timings and availability correct - only buy the appropriate tickets for the make up of your party for arrival on the right day and time for your visit.
IF THE TYPE OF TICKET YOU REQUIRE DOES NOT APPEAR IN THE TICKET PANEL THEN IT IS SOLD OUT FOR THE DAY IN QUESTION. DO NOT BUY SUBSTITUTIONS E.G FULL PRICE TICKETS FOR UNDER 5s OR SPECTATORS THESE TICKETS ARE LIMITED IN AVAILABILITY. DO NOT BUY TICKETS FOR THE WRONG DATE AND /OR TIME AND EXPECT TO BE ABLE TO USE THEM. YOU SHOULD LOOK FOR THE NEXT AVAILABLE DATE AND TIME. NO REFUNDS CAN BE GIVEN UNDER THESE CIRCUMSTANCES. At all times obey ALL the signs and instructions of the waterpark staff.
YOU MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE RULES IN OPERATION AT THE WATERPARK - NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN
REFUNDS: At the management's discretion, with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, EMAILED requests to alter the date and time of the visit will be considered. We cannot guarantee to comply with this request as it is outside our booking terms but we do try to be flexible, if we can.
