PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING YOUR TICKETS

A minimum purchase of 2 tickets is required.  The price includes the SMART WRISTBAND deposit but not your locker - DO NOT FORGET TO BOOK YOUR LOCKER

ENTRY TIMES: Click a time slot and the remaining tickets available for that time period will appear, each time slot has a small number of tickets to help us spread out arrival times to maintain appropriate numbers in the changing rooms and management of the park.

VISIT DURATION: 2 hour tickets are available in the first hour of opening and towards the end of the day ONLY. 3 hour tickets are available all through the day.  Sunset Splash Tickets are available when the waterpark is open until 7pm or after.  If the ticket time you want does not show up, it is not available, either it is sold out or does not exist in the hour that you wish to purchase it.  We do not have additional tickets if a slot is sold out, you will need to choose another time slot. At the end of your allotted time your smart wristband will expire; it will no longer work the slide traffic lights and your session will be finished – further attempts at the waterslides will result in the lifeguard asking you to exit the waterpark.

KINDLY NOTE you MUST arrive at the waterpark between the arrival times printed on your ticket. Arrival outside of these times does not guarantee entry, you may have your session cut short if you arrive late and entry will be subject to the prevailing operating conditions.

Please make sure you have selected the correct DAY and ARRIVAL TIME before continuing with your purchase.  There are *no refunds for tickets you do not use as they are taken from an allocation that could have been purchased by someone else. We are operating at a restricted capacity at this time. The waterpark continues to operate in ALL WEATHERS and you will be expected to attend for your booked session.

TICKET DELIVERY: All tickets are e-tickets. Your order confirmation will be sent to the email you gave in your account immediately following successful check out.  If you cannot see your order confirmation BEFORE calling us please check your SPAM, JUNK, or OTHER FOLDERS.  If you have noted the IN NUMBER that is all you need in order to for us to be able to find your booking on the day.

Please check our Visiting Info Pages before booking your tickets especially in relation to our COVID-19 changes to our operation (this supercedes any previously published information). It will help you decide whether a visit to the waterpark is for you at this time and tell you what is required of you as a visitor.

At all times obey ALL the signs and instructions of the waterpark staff - there are additional ones in operation due to SOCIAL DISTANCING REQUIREMENTS

FOLLOW the guidance and regulations issued by the UK Govt.  especially in regards to mixing with other household groups.

YOU MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE RULES IN OPERATION AT THE WATERPARK   -   NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN

REFUNDS:  At the management's discretion, with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, EMAILED requests to alter the date and time of the visit will be considered. We cannot guarantee to comply with this request.  Please read COVID-19 info for exceptions to this.

Meal Deals offer a great value option for eating at the waterpark - the price paid online in advance is always cheaper than on the day.  You may eat your meal in the café are or the sun terraces (open seasonally).  Buy with your waterpark ticket NOW.

You will be issue with a special wristband on entry to the waterpark if you have booked a MEAL DEAL - you can choose to eat whenever you wish, although you may find it easier to do at the endo of your session, if you have a two hour ticket, so that it does not cut short your time on the waterslides.  Additional time to eat your food is possible.

Choose from either a HOT MEAL DEAL or COLD MEAL DEAL or KIDS MEAL DEAL (for children under 12)

HOT MEAL DEAL:

On the day choices are from Sausage Roll, Pasty or Hot Dog, they all come with regular fries and a regular soft drink or regular tea or coffee.

 

COLD MEAL DEAL:

Choose a sandwich from the selection available on the day. Sandwich comes with a packet of crisps and a regular soft drink or regular tea or coffee

 

KIDS MEAL DEAL:

On the day choices from Kids' Hot-Dog, with small fries and a 12oz soft drink OR a Kids' Lunch Box, which includes, a choice of kids' sandwich (ham,cheese or jam), crisps, fruit drink,  yoghurt and a choice of an apple, satsuma or banana.

 

Following the UK Government's announcement, we are now able to be open again  - with effect from 21st May 2021.

 

Our website has been updated with all the important changes we have made to make Splashdown Waterpark, Poole, Dorset, as safe as reasonably possible for our staff and our visitors having taken due regard to the information provided by the Government. We have carried out an extensive risk assessment of our site and implemented a number of changes to our procedures, the layout of the site, and reduced the number of people allowed into the waterpark at any one time.

*Tickets purchased on this site are non refundable as they are taken from an allocation which has a maximum and their purchase will prevent them from being bought and used by other customers wishing to visit. At the management's discretion, with a minimum of 24 hours notice, EMAILED requests to alter the date and time of the visit will be considered. We cannot guarantee to comply with this request.

Should we need to close again due to COVID - 19  restrictions your ticket is safe, we will put your ticket on hold with a new date and time to be decided by you.  In the unlikely event that a new date or time cannot be found, a request for a refund should be EMAILED to us.

If you find that due to COVID - 19 your scheduled visit is postponed, you may request your ticket to be put on hold with a new date and time to be decided.  It is not necessary to nominate a new date and time at that point.  Requests should be EMAILED at least 24 hours before your booking is due to start OR at the point that you become aware that you cannot attend due to COVID - 19 e.g isolation or positive test.  Requests for postponement in the 2 hours prior to scheduled attendance or afterwards will NOT under any circumstances be eligible for a refund.
