Following the UK Government's announcement, we are once again able to open. Our website has been updated with all the important changes we have made to make Splashdown Waterpark, Poole, Dorset, as safe as reasonably possible for our staff and our visitors having taken due regard to the information provided by the Government. We have carried our extensive risk assessment of our site and implemented a number of changes to our procedures, the layout of the site, and reduced the capacity allowed into the waterpark.
A minimum purchase of two tickets is preferred.
2021 OPENING TIMES
Each day we are operating sessions of 2 hours available for the first hour of the day and towards the end of the day and 3 hours tickets available throughout the day,. on our busier days, later in the day we will also be selling Sunset Splash tickets.
IMPORTANT: You must arrive at the waterpark between the arrival times printed on your ticket. Arrival outside these times does not guarantee entry and may shorten your visit, depending on prevailing operational conditions. Please make sure you have selected the correct day and arrival time before continuing with your purchase and arrive in good time for your session. You should check our Visiting Info Pages before booking especially in relation to our COVID-19 changes to our operation (this supersedes our previously published information) and what is required of you as a visitor.
A £3 smart wristband deposit will be added to each fluming ticket, which is refunded at reception at the end of your visit when the wristband is handed to a member of staff. Please also add the number of lockers you require to your order, there is a £1 charge which is returned to you when you open the locker door.
Tickets purchased on this site are non-refundable as they are taken from an allocation that has a maximum and their purchase will prevent them from being purchased and used by other visiting customers. At the management's discretion, with a minimum of 24 hours notice, emailed requests to alter the date and time of the visit will be considered. Special considerations apply in relation to postponement OR cancellation due to COVID-19.
